Account Management
As part of your account, you will be given your own Account Manager who answers for the management of your account not only to you, but to the Commercial Director also.
Our National Commercial Manager for Key Accounts, who also reports direct to the Commercial Director, employs a team of trained Representatives that have been chosen for their experience in recycling and waste management. It is these Representatives that carry out waste and recycling audits on behalf of our customers.
The information recorded at these audits is communicated back to our Facilities Management Centre, which is the central communications link for all our key and national accounts. The Facilities Management Centre is
managed by the National Commercial Manager for Customer Operations, again reporting direct to the Commercial Director, who takes responsibility for the roll out of all new key and national accounts as well as the day to day running of existing accounts.
The finance function of our Facilities Management Centre is in constant communication with our main accounts function at head office, ensuring that all the necessary account information is on hand for invoicing through to account queries.
Severnside’s people are crucial to the workings of the operation. They must be qualified to a level whereby the recommendations they come up with are credible and are backed by experience and knowledge. Severnside’s Recycling Advisors are IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management & Auditing) qualified so that customers can trust their reports.
